How much does AgentFree charge?
We charge a legal/administrative fee equivalent to 1% of the sale price of your home. We will require a retainer fee of $500.00 (the “Retainer”) before beginning representation. In the event the transaction is closed, the retainer shall be credited towards the 1% fee.
What services do you provide?
Included in the our fee for representing the Client, the Firm agrees to handle the following items:
-Prepare contract and negotiate the purchase of your property.
-The Firm shall negotiate any counteroffers and amendments throughout the contract period that may arise.
-Provide a timeline of important dates that must be met under the terms of the contract.
-Provide the Client with a list of potential vendors for your convinience including but not limited to photos, staging, repairs, contractors and closing attorneys.
-Review the title exam survey if needed & settlement statements prior to closing.
What services are not covered/provided?
We will not provide some of the services generally provided by a seller’s real estate agent. Including but not limited to:
-Meeting potential buyers to grant access to view the property (although we will guide sellers on their showing options).
-Meeting vendors that may need to have access to the property prior to closing (home inspectors, appraisers, etc.).
-If the Client requires a full service real estate agent, we would be more than happy to recommend a full-service agent.
